Description

This stylish, exceptionally spacious, exclusive, and simultaneously cozy chalet is located amidst the famous mountain ranges of the Dolomites. It offers breathtaking views of the Rosengarten and Latemar and is situated for winter directly on the ski slope and for the summer months on the Carezza/Karersee golf course. The chalet is surrounded by a 4,000m2 fenced garden. It is furnished in a traditional and antique style but equipped with all modern amenities. The wellness area with a heated indoor pool and Finnish sauna, along with an open fireplace in the living area, are popular highlights of the chalet.

Equipment

The luxury chalet is spread over three levels and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Of the four bedrooms, two are each equipped with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. The fully hand-carved wooden bed in the master bedroom is particularly elegant and formerly stood in a nearby castle.

The stylish, antique details are also found in the traditional Stube, which, like the many beautiful chests and cabinets in the chalet, dates back to the 19th century.

Here, there is a spacious dining area, and through a stepped staircase, there is a cozy living area where you can enjoy the fire in the open fireplace. Not only can you barbecue outdoors, but you can also use the large fireplace as an indoor grill. The wood-furnished kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and three different coffee machines (filter, Nespresso, Moka).

On the upper floor of the chalet, there is a modern home cinema with a Bose sound system and a children’s area. In the basement, the impressive 120m2 spa area with underfloor heating, a 28-degree swimming pool, Finnish sauna, loungers, and a climbing wall is located. From here, there is direct garden access for refreshing or sunbathing. On the large garden area, there is an 80m2 terrace, equipped with stylish wooden furniture, two dining areas, an open stone grill, umbrella, deck chairs, and beds. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Latemar and Rosengarten groups.

Location

This unique chalet not only stands out for its immediate connection – depending on the season – to the Carezza-Dolomites ski area or the golf course but also offers the ideal starting point to explore the Dolomiti Superski area or undertake unforgettable hikes, climbs, or bike tours in the Rosengarten-Latemar area.

The cross-country ski trail is 100m from the chalet, while the nearest bus stop is only 800m from the house. Several recommended and partly first-class restaurants, shops, ski and bike rentals are in the vicinity of the chalet and are easily accessible on foot. Furthermore, within about 8/9 km, there are two Michelin-starred restaurants, namely “Johannisstube” in Nova Levante and “L’Chimpl” in Tamion.

Also, the excellent cuisine of the Tschein restaurant is highly recommended. The nearest airport is in Bolzano, approximately 30 minutes away by car. The chalet is primarily available for weekly bookings.

Prices are valid per week for up to 4 adults and 4 children up to 12 years. In the case of a 5th adult, a surcharge of 15% of the price will be charged.

For occupancy of up to 5 people (maximum 2 adults and 3 children up to 12 years), you will receive a 10% discount on the above weekly price. A deposit of €1,500.00 for possible damages (over €100) is due at the time of booking, and upon arrival, an amount of €400.00 is charged for the final cleaning of the entire property, including the pool.

The price includes bed linen, towels, sauna towels, pool towels, change of linen, firewood, and Wi-Fi. A plentiful snack with selected ingredients, such as wine/prosecco, juices, bacon, smoked sausage, and other local products, awaits you upon arrival as a welcome gesture. Additionally, the refrigerator upon arrival is stocked with a small initial supply, including eggs, milk, butter, jam, etc., and there is bread, coffee, tea, sugar, and high-quality olive oil from Lake Garda ready for you. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet.

Payment mode At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the price is required, and the balance is due 30 days before the start of the trip. Cancellation conditions In case of cancellation after the balance and within 10 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the amount will be refunded.
